The next thing I’d like to talk about is getting proper rest – getting proper rest gives you opportunity to restore and revitalize the body as you rest because as you sleep, you’re allowing the body to repair the different elements that would cause it to have strength and vitality. Energize with water. Water is so important – it helps removes toxins in the body and the importance of following that early morning water regimen the will give you all the facts and all the details that would help you to be able to implement drinking water more than ever. I also touched a little bit about hydrotherapy because you can use water on the outside of the body as well to rejuvenate your health. The most important part of the 10 laws is nutrition and out of all of them, this part contributes most of our health or whether we have success in health and wellness or we have restorative life or we have a lifestyle that contaminates our health. One of the things nutrition will be able to do is to teach you what to eat, when’s the best time to eat, and how to combine certain foods in order to have better health. Take this for instance, some people teach you eat several times a day, some people teach that you need to drink when you’re eating – I don’t teach that. These are some of the things that you will learn in the rejuvenating blueprint I’m going to be sharing with you at the end. It would have all the facts and details. It’ll have a chart that tells you how to know what you’re blood type is.

Many of us here are not vegans, some people are vegetarians what happened is that I’m a vegan and I wasn’t always a vegan. I was a vegetarian the first 18 years of my life. At age 18, I got educated at health and wellness and I became a vegetarian at the end of my 18th year. I learned principles about health and I started following them. I followed these same principles that I was taught and right after I have issues with vomiting and for several years, I had issues with not eating certain foods and then vomiting on days on end and I did not know what the problem was. What I did was I try to find out what it was…

I do a course as a naturopath. I became a nature path in California and one of my teachers introduced me to the blood type concept. Now I have been eating healthy for over 20 years since 1978 and 1998 and that’s when I found out about this blood type situation and when I found out what my blood type was O and when I looked at the book he shared with me how if eating accordance with your blood type it would definitely help you to have better health and by eating foods that are beneficial for you. One of the things that didn’t happened to me was I didn’t know those details concerning my blood type and so for 20 years I vomited and when I found out about this information, I adjusted my diet. I included in this rejuvenate wellness packet for you one of the blood type cards where you could put in your purse and you could know what things to avoid based on those things and there’s other additional information available but this would definitely give you a start as to how to avoid the things that are not good for you – each person needs to know what their blood type is.

The other thing I want to share with you is that I started chicken again in 2008 to the end of 2010 and what I experienced from that was extreme inflammation. And inflammation happens in the body when the body is trying to heal itself. I didn’t have flesh foods in my diet for a long time and when I went back and put flesh foods into my body, my body was trying to adjust with all the different things that I put in my body – mainly chicken, and that caused me to have issues. But one of the things I forgot is the reason why I started eating meat again in the first place: many of us do not realize what has to happen to food before it gets onto your plate.

One of the reasons I became a vegan is because when I went and ate chicken, and it caused inflammation. And what I did to solve that was doing several Daniel cleanses. It helped me to be able to stop and get to detox raw foods for 10 days and when that time was done. I had a chance to now add back what I wanted to add back to my diet. I chose not to add back chicken, fish and eggs and different things and when you do a detox which you should do at least once every season it will help you to be able to rest your stomach and digestive system. When we cleanse or rest our systems, we have the opportunity to let our systems replenish themselves.

I also included the importance of a vegan diet. Going back to the ten tips on healthy eating, one of them was to eat as much fruits and vegetables as possible, including grains and nuts. If you have to eat animal protein, have the animal protein that’s probably organic or free reign or grown without pesticides or antibiotics. Eat a good breakfast, a moderate lunch and a light supper. One of the things you need to do is not eat late at night because your stomach needs to rest and your liver needs to flush your system of all the things you ate during the day so that you can be able to have that restful sleep that you need at night. The next thing that you don’t want to do is to eat in between meals – allow your meals to be taken every five hours. I have four simple rules for nutrition:

  1. Eat real foods rather than packaged foods.
  2. Eat a quarter or ¾ of your basic foods that have low human intervention and;
  3. Have at least 16 plant based foods every day.

I talk about breathing pure air like when I exercise, I like to go outdoors so I can get some air, some sunlight and I can also breathe fresh air. The next thing is about tweaking their drug of choice – I’m talking about drugs people use as a part of their food for their daily lives. One of the drugs is caffeine and caffeine comes in different forms and mostly it’s coffee. The next drug of choice is cigarettes or tobacco, all of these things clog your lungs and you don’t get a chance to breathe proper air when you do have that in your system. The other drug of choice is alcohol. Alcohol has a big impact especially if you want to lose weight.

Next thing I want to talk about is being thankful. Many of us don’t show enough gratitude. We may get blessings, and for some people – we may get different things instead of whining and complaining we need to be much more thankful. That would definitely give you opportunity to have better health and the last thing on the 10 laws of health is giving back – benevolence or finding somebody to bless. But if you want to be blessed you must be a blessing. If you want to have friends you must show yourself friendly also in order to have blessings of friendship. In order for you to truly have health you have to follow all of them. And one of them the last one I am sharing is being benevolent you have the opportunity to give back.

We have the opportunity to look at lifestyles of people who didn’t follow these different laws of health. If you do everything and you don’t follow one it’s like everything. The other thing I want to talk about is food combining. I will share one of the principles with you it says, “It’s not good to eat fruits and vegetables in the same meal. If the digestion is feeble or weak it’ll cause the stress in the whole system and also cause you mental anguish as well.

To sum up, I just wish for you that if you would follow this rejuvenate blueprint, you would be able to have opportunity to take notes of follow your own regimen. In order to build anything, you need to have a plan and another word for that is a blueprint – something that gives you an outline of what it is going to be looking like when you’re done.
