MY SEASON DETOX FIRST DAY OF CLEANSE

Today, March 30th, I’m going to share my special cleanse – my 10 Day Daniel Cleanse. It’s a cleanse I do seasonally. The 10 Day Daniel Cleanse is a great cleanse for your colon and is proven to help jump start your body to lose weight or to start cleaning your body by starting with your colon.

It starts with something I use – like a cocktail of black strip molasses, castor oil, and lemon. You start by juicing the lemon. After drinking the cocktail in this glass, mix in a blender another half of lemon – that is what I’m going to drink in order to get the castor oil, black strap molasses in your system. Pour the molasses in the glass. The molasses has iron, made from sugar cane, and it has a lot of good minerals what have you that’s important to have to cleanse the colon. Put the castor oil in the cup. The bottle I use if good for six ounces but I’m only going to use half of the bottle. A lot of people get grossed out using castor oil but it’s a powerful laxative and it helps cleanse your system as well. I’m going to also add my organic lemon. I’m going to squeeze those. We use a whole lemon and that lemon juice helps to make a taste a little bit better because it’s really gross tasting, but it’s really effective. Because it’s so effective, I use it. I am going to strain the lemon juice into this mixture and I’m going to mix it up with the straw.

The next thing I want to do is use a half a lemon in about 6 ounces of water and I’m going to put it in the blender. This is my Vitamix and I’m going to blend it up until its warm and I’m going to drink this until it’s complete. When you are using the lemon, you are using the whole lemon and the lemon gets right into all the crevices of the colon and helps get it clean. In addition to that you use castor oil and rub it on your stomach and you use a heating pad and you allow that to go through the skin and help that wake up the fecal matter that’s in the colon so you’re working on the colon from the inside as well as the outside. Blend. As an added option, you can add in cayenne pepper but if you put too much cayenne pepper you can’t be able to take it. Consume the mixture within hours-time

At the end of this period, you are looking to have at least 9-13 bowel movements and the goal is to help cleanse the colon and peer the body the digestive system as a clear clean screen to be able to now receive the raw food that you are going to eat in the next few days.

Additionally, you can start making fruit salads – pineapples, bananas, peaches and nectarines are great starts. I like juicing as well as eating raw foods because when I do that it helps to continue the digestive system working because a lot of times I tried in 2012 where I did 60 days of juicing and by day 45 I got constipated. When I eat raw foods in a raw food program, I do eat normal meals paired with the raw food. Here’s a secret trick to eating meals with a lot of raw food: Put some pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, dried cranberry raisin mixes and sunflower seeds in a container. Use in salads or for snacks – just mix it up to whatever your preference is. You can also add nut seed as well like walnuts, almonds and whatever nuts that is good for your blood type. What I do is I package them it in a sandwich bag… If I’m hungry I don’t have to go outside to get food that might have gluten or that has sugar or any of those things.

Moms, you can use this as any other snacks and you can add nuts to it. You don’t have to eat a whole lot of them and add them in smoothies. It is much cheaper and cost effective to do it that way.

I am going to drink my pitcher of lemon and water and I’m going to attempt to get at least 13 bowel movements today. Remember the goal is to help cleanse your system, nourish the body, get the body good, new, healthy, raw, wholesome foods for 10 days and if possible you can do it for 3 weeks will be great because that’s what Daniel did.
