Water has the ability to replenish the cells and allow the body to recover. The body is actually made up of 75% water. And if we drink other beverages like soda, juice, coffee and other things that cause the body to turn towards acid state and disease causing issues on the skin and other things. So the best beverage of choice and you better agree with me, but whether you agree with me or not, it is true. The best beverage of choice is drinking pure water, which many benefits but, I will be sharing only three of the benefits of drinking pure water.

One of the things is that it helps to hydrate your cells. Each of our cells needs water in order to be hydrated as well. It also brings oxygen to the blood cells.
